Scott has worked in legal costs for almost a decade, with significant experience in preparing Bills of Costs for Personal Injury, Clinical Negligence and Court of Protection (COP) matters.

Since the start of his career, Scott has specialised in COP costs, working with a variety of professional deputies, from large national law firms to small local practitioners. His extensive experience enables him to provide the best possible advice to his clients, helping them achieve the highest recovery from assessment.

He has prepared numerous requests for reassessments and appeals, using his expertise to secure the best possible outcomes.

Scott has completed the Association of Costs Lawyers professional qualification, which he began in September 2023, and is now a qualified Costs Lawyer.
