Court of Protection

At BHP we have a team specialising in working with people who do not have the capacity to manage their financial affairs or health decisions for themselves.

This is often known as "Court of Protection" work.

We work closely with our client and their close family and friends to make sure they are properly looked after and their assets are kept safe.

Our solicitors are nationally known as being experts in this area of law so if you, or someone you know, has issues in relation to their mental capacity, please contact the team and we will do all we can to help.

If you would like to have a chat about your options or how we may be able to help you, please contact a member of the team, complete our call back form or contact us directly at your local office.
