'I started BHP 15 years ago as an HR Assistant, and BHP have supported me to progress to the role People Services Manager with training, guidance, mentoring and flexible working.  The training and opportunities for career progression are just one of the many benefits of working at BHP.  The Private Healthcare Scheme that is offered to staff at BHP provided me with immediate medical care and support when I most needed it. The opportunity to also add family members to the scheme is an added bonus. BHP is a very friendly firm, with a real family feel.  Everyone is very supportive and we all enjoy regular get togethers.'
