Victoria joined BHP Law in December 2022 as a Senior Associate bringing over 10 years experience of working in Court of Protection (heath and welfare). She started her legal career at Clark Willis Law Firm LLP as a trainee solicitor in 2002 before moving to Cartwright King Solicitors in 2016.
In the majority of cases, Victoria represents vulnerable adults in cases where life changing decisions are made by the court. These decisions include where a person lives, what care they receive and their contact with other people. This usually involves a deprivation of liberty.
Victoria is very passionate about helping vulnerable people to try and assist them to make positive changes that can have a significant impact on their lives.
