Ruth is a former member of the Bar Council before cross qualifying as a solicitor. She joined BHP Law in March 2014 as an associate and was made head of the personal injury team in the same year. Since becoming a solicitor, Ruth has specialised in personal injury and clinical negligence litigation for clients and has worked with both claimants and defendants, which provides insight for the clients when looking for the best overall settlement. Ruth has achieved successful results for numerous clients and routinely deals with complex and large loss matters.
