Nicole joined BHP Law in January 2023 as a Trainee Solicitor having worked at VCW Law for nearly five years within the Family Department. Nicole commenced her legal journey as a Legal Secretary and progressed to a Legal Assistant whilst studying for a law degree in the evening.

Nicole has worked predominately on public and private law children matters. She has experience in a range of family matters specifically publicly funded matters including representing parents at pre-proceeding level. Her day-to-day role involves liaising with clients, drafting statements, and maintaining her own case load. Nicole is organised, empathetic and deals with every case with compassion.

Nicole is passionate about the law and has progressed in her career through her dedication, hard work and commitment.
Nicole is looking forward to completing seats within the firm to gain an insight into other areas of law.

Nicole studied at Teesside University and graduated with a 2:1 in her LLB. She is now completing her LPC LLM whilst working at the firm.
