Krystal has over 11 years of experience in Wills, Trusts and Probate having started her career in Liverpool and subsequently working in North Wales and the Lake District before moving to BHP Law in 2024.

Krystal specialises in Estate administration, Estate planning, Wills, Trusts and Lasting Powers of Attorney. She deals with all aspects of non-contentious private client work and has particular expertise in administering high net-worth estates and succession planning for agricultural clients.

Krystal is a full member of the Society of Trusts and Estate Practitioners (STEP) and is a fully accredited member of the Association of Lifetime Lawyers, having completed both accredited awards – the Older Client Care in Practice Award and the Older Client in Practice Award.

She prides herself on having a compassionate and empathetic approach to supporting clients and their needs, while providing sound and clear legal advice in a professional and timely manner.

In addition, Krystal has completed the necessary training to be a Dementia Friend through the Alzheimer’s Society.
