BHP Law is proud to recognise a series of well-deserved internal promotions, reinforcing its commitment to nurturing talent and celebrating excellence.
Rachel Alder has been promoted to Senior Associate in the Dispute Resolution team, reflecting her leadership and expertise. Rachel Pratt has also been promoted to Associate within the Court of Protection team, recognising her dedication and significant contributions to the firm’s success.
Strengthening the firm’s financial and operational capabilities, Kathryn Stainsby and Anne Bennie have been promoted to Legal Cashiers. Meanwhile, Nathan Barker, Hannah Chapman, and Chelsey Windle take on new roles as Paralegals in the Wills, Trusts, and Probate team, where they will continue to provide vital legal support.
