Child Services

BHP Law's children solicitors understand that the most valued assets in any family breakdown are the children, which is one of the reasons we have a number of advisors who are members of the Solicitors Children Panel.

Our panel membership, not only allows us to represent mother and father, but also children in their own right. This is particularly important in Public law cases. We will deal sensitively with all parties in a caring and understanding way whilst making it clear that the children’s interests are the most important. Issues involving children that require children solicitor services include:

  • Adoption proceedings
  • Care proceedings
  • Child arrangement: live with or spend time with
  • Fostering issues
  • Specific issue order
  • Prohibited steps
  • Supervision order

All these points need careful consideration and practical help. By taking advice on these issues with our team you will be ensuring the future wellbeing of your children.

If you would like to have a chat about your options or how we may be able to help you please contact a member of the team, complete our call back form or contact us directly at your local office.
