Rachael Baker
Paralegal Service areas: Court Of Protection

Rachael began her legal career in 2014, entering the profession through an apprenticeship shortly after completing her A-Levels. This early experience provided a solid foundation in legal practice and a practical understanding of the profession.

From 2018 to 2023, she worked as a secretary in residential conveyancing while studying part-time towards her CILEX Paralegal qualification, which she successfully achieved in 2023.

Since qualifying, Rachael has worked as a paralegal, applying her skills with professionalism and care. In February 2025, she joined BHP Law, where she now specialises in Court of Protection (Health and Welfare) and Mental Health law. Her commitment to supporting vulnerable individuals and navigating complex legal matters makes her a valued member of the team.
