Lauren obtained her law degree from the University of Cumbria, graduating in 2012 and started her LPC at Northumbria University, graduating the following year. She started her legal career at a firm based in Durham as a receptionist/legal secretary following which she moved to a firm in Stockton working as a Conveyancing assistant for the Conveyancing and Commercial Property teams.

Lauren moved to BHP Law in 2015 as a legal secretary, becoming a paralegal, trainee solicitor and then qualifying as a solicitor, specialising in Residential Property. She deals with a variety of work including, freehold and leasehold sale and purchases, transfers, remortgages, lease extensions, staircasing transactions, discharges, new build purchases, Help to Buy (ISAs and Loans) and MOD Help to Buy schemes.
