Akkelin advises on matters relating to Wills, Trusts and Probate as well as Lasting Powers of Attorney and Court of Protection applications. She is a fully qualified member of STEP (Society for Trusts and Estate Practitioners) having completed the STEP diploma in the Administration of Trusts and Estates.
Akkelin qualified as a solicitor in 1998 working for some years before taking a career break to then re-join the profession in June 2018.
