With over 20 years of experience, Jemma has built her career from PA to Partner, demonstrating exceptional dedication and expertise. She handles all aspects of residential conveyancing and is known for her strong relationships with local agents and her loyal client base. Jemma’s calm, knowledgeable approach makes her a reassuring presence during what can be a stressful time.

Nicola Hobson, Conveyancing Executive in our Durham office, began her journey with BHP Law in 2015. Her progression from Secretary to Conveyancing Executive reflects her commitment and growing expertise. Nicola is known for her reliability and attention to detail, making her a trusted adviser for clients navigating property transactions.

Lorna Turnbull, also based in Durham, brings a wealth of experience in both residential and commercial conveyancing. Having previously worked with BHP Law as a Conveyancing Executive, Lorna re-joined the firm in 2019 and has since become a key member of the team, valued for her efficiency and client-focused service.

Libby Pincher, our newest recruit in the Darlington office. Lucy Burgess, Apprentice Solicitor in Darlington, is gaining hands-on experience while studying law at Northumbria University.
