Maariyah is a newly qualified Solicitor specialising in Family Law, predominantly public children law. Maariyah started her career as a legal secretary in family law before progressing to a legal clerk and commencing her training contract in March 2022, which involved managing her own case load and appearing before District Judges and Magistrates in the Family Courts.

Maariyah completed seats in Court of Protection and Residential Conveyancing as part of her training contract. Maariyah completed the GDL and LPC with the University of Law alongside her full-time work commitments.

Maariyah represents parents and family members in various family law matters including pre-proceedings, Care Proceedings and Child Arrangements Order Proceedings.
