Following University Natalie was employed by a firm in Gateshead and in 2014 began her Training Contract. The majority of her training was within commercial property and upon qualification in 2016, Natalie carried on her career specialising in commercial property, advising on commercial sales and purchases, re-finance and leases (acting for both landlord and tenant). In 2018 Natalie joined the real estate team at Clyde and Co in Newcastle and worked closely with the team at their London office. During her time at Clyde and Co Natalie advised and acted on behalf of international and domestic retailers in respect of landlord and tenant matters. Natalie also assisted with residential led mixed use development projects and managing investment properties. Natalie joined BHP law as an associate in June 2021 and is based at our Darlington office in our commercial and agricultural team.
