Jonathan advises on all aspects of Mental Health and Court of Protection Law, alongside work in Civil Litigation. He is an Accredited Member of the Law Society Panel of Mental Health Practitioners as well as an Accredited Legal Representative in Court of Protection work.

He qualified as a Solicitor in 1993, working in Middlesbrough and Chester-le-Street before moving to BHP Law.
