Chloe joined BHP Law in September 2025 as an Associate in the Wills, Trusts and Probate team. She brings over a decade of experience in private client work, with particular expertise in wills, probate, powers of attorney, Court of Protection matters, estate planning, and trusts.

After graduating from University College London in 2011 with a 2:1 in Law, Chloe went on to complete her Legal Practice Course at the College of Law in York (now the University of Law), achieving a distinction. She began her legal career in 2012 at a private client and financial services firm in Teesside, qualifying as a Solicitor in 2015. During her time there, she also completed a Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning with the Chartered Insurance Institute, further strengthening her knowledge in estate and financial planning.

Chloe is known for her approachable manner and commitment to delivering clear, compassionate advice. She takes pride in providing excellent client care, guiding individuals and families through often sensitive matters with professionalism and empathy. She is dedicated to ongoing professional development and has aspirations of attaining STEP membership to further enhance her specialist expertise in the field.
