Rosie began her legal career at Darling & Stephensons Solicitors in 2004, assisting with residential conveyancing cases and then running her own caseload. She joined the residential conveyancing department of BHP Law in 2007. In 2010 she was offered a position in the dispute resolution department working directly with the head of litigation where she completed her legal qualification through the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives.
Career highlights include commendation from a judge for preparing an argument for a judgment in excess of £23,000 in a small claims track case – the judge added that he had only been convinced to make a decision in excess of the track limit once before in his 30-year career.
Other areas of expertise include contentious probate, consumer law, land law, construction & engineering disputes, landlord & tenant, debt recovery, licensing, nuisance & defamation.
Rosie is a Dementia Friends Champion. As a volunteer, she runs free sessions to groups and businesses to train them to become Dementia Friends. This encourages others to make a positive difference to people living with dementia.
Rosie qualified as a Chartered Legal Executive and Fellow of CILEx in November 2019.

Charitable/pro bono work: Rosie has raised money for Cancer Research UK, Mind and Zoe’s Place through events including Muddy Mayhem, Rough Runner, Roseberry at Midnight, and Fitness February.
