We are currently recruiting for the following positions

 

Part Time Lettings Assistant - Tynemouth

This position is required to provide Administrative support to the Lettings Manager based at our Tynemouth office. The role is 3 days per week which is to include a Tuesday and a Wednesday. In order to meet and exceed our clients’ expectations, duties will include; dealing proactively, effectively and pleasantly with clients, assisting with property viewings and property inspections, file opening, diary management and general administration.

Experience of lettings is desirable but not essential. You will have the ability to communicate in a clear, concise and pleasant manner when dealing with clients, visitors and staff both personally and on the telephone. You will demonstrate good IT skills and have the ability to use a database for which full training will be given. You will ideally have a driving licence and use of your own vehicle to assist with property viewings and inspections.

Full Time Family Solicitor - Durham

We are seeking to appoint an experienced Solicitor. The successful candidate will be required to provide a comprehensive and professional legal service to clients, ensuring that every client of the firm experiences the highest levels of customer service in all of their dealings with BHP Law. In order to meet and exceed our clients expectations, duties will include; provision of up to date expert legal advice, taking instructions, dealing proactively, efficiently and pleasantly with clients, time recording, billing, archiving and business development activities and business development activities.

The successful candidate will also be fully competent user of Microsoft Word and Outlook and an intermediate user of Excel.  You will also have excellent organisational skills, show great initiative and be able to work to deadlines. Ideally you will have the ability to work a case management system. However this is not essential as full training will be given.

Full Time Residential Conveyancing Admin Assistant - Darlington

This position is required to provide Administrative support to our Residential Conveyancing Team based at our Darlington office. In order to meet and exceed our clients’ expectations, duties will include; dealing proactively, effectively and pleasantly with clients typing, orderly maintenance of files, diary management and general administration. 

As the successful candidate experience of Administration support is desirable but not essential. You will have the ability to communicate in a clear, concise and pleasant manner when dealing with clients, visitors and staff both personally and on the telephone.   You will demonstrate good IT skills and have the ability to use a database for which full training will be given.
