Josh started his legal career at a UK top-20 firm based in Newcastle working in the property litigation department and specialising in leasehold disputes. He progressed into the planning and infrastructure department where his workload was primarily negotiating both infrastructure and water agreements on behalf of national house builders.
Josh joined the dispute resolution department at BHP Law in September 2018 where he deals with a variety of civil dispute matters, including debt recovery, boundary disputes, consumer rights and contractual disputes. He started his training contract to be a solicitor at BHP Law in September 2019.
Qualifications: Qualifying Law Degree
Year admitted as a paralegal: 2017
Charitable/pro bono work: Josh runs a weekly 5-a-side football league for local businesses which raises money for charitable causes
