James graduated in July 2011 and qualified as a solicitor in 2013 dealing with wills, trusts & probate, residential conveyancing and family law matters. He joined BHP Law in 2016 where he has developed a reputation in advising on wills, trusts and probate.
James’ training gives him a unique insight into providing an holistic view of a client’s needs and appreciates other areas outside of his own specialism where a client could be further supported. He works with a range of other professionals to provide the best advice for the client’s individual needs from whom he is regularly referred work. James also provides life time estate planning and estate administration services to his clients who are varied and wide ranging from business owners to individuals acting as trustees, attorneys or executors. He is a regular adviser to Durham Police Federation.
