Holly began her legal career as a paralegal in BHP Law’s Family team. She completed her first training seat in the Personal Injury team managing road traffic/public liability/employers liability cases and assisting with Medical Negligence work.

Holly moved to the wills, trusts and probate team where she drafted wills, obtained grants of probate and dealt with the setting up of trusts. She also worked extensively with the administration of estates and drafting powers of attorney. Holly’s third and final seat was in the Court of Protection department.

Holly qualified as a solicitor in September 2019 specialising in wills, trusts and probate matters.

Holly is a Dementia Friends Champion. As a volunteer, she runs free sessions to groups and businesses to make them Dementia Friends. This encourages others to make a positive difference to people living with dementia.

Qualifications: Masters in Law with LPC

Charitable/pro bono work: Holly recently completed a 26 mile walk to support Macmillan Cancer Support.
