We are currently recruiting for the following positions

 

Full Time Residential Conveyancing Secretary - Durham

The successful candidate will provide a client focused and professional administrative support within the Residential Conveyancing team. Duties will include; audio typing, orderly maintenance of files, dealing proactively, effectively and pleasantly with clients, diary management and general administration.

As the successful candidate, experience of providing secretarial support within a Residential Conveyancing team is desirable.  Audio typing skills and a high level of accuracy are essential. The successful candidate will also be a fully competent user of Microsoft office.  You will also have excellent organisational skills and be able to work to deadlines. Ideally you will have the ability to utilise a case management system however full training will be given.

 

Full Time Family Solicitor - Durham

We are seeking to appoint an experienced Solicitor. The successful candidate will be required to provide a comprehensive and professional legal service to clients, ensuring that every client of the firm experiences the highest levels of customer service in all of their dealings with BHP Law. In order to meet and exceed our clients expectations, duties will include; provision of up to date expert legal advice, taking instructions, dealing proactively, efficiently and pleasantly with clients, time recording, billing, archiving and business development activities and business development activities.

The successful candidate will also be fully competent user of Microsoft Word and Outlook and an intermediate user of Excel.  You will also have excellent organisational skills, show great initiative and be able to work to deadlines. Ideally you will have the ability to work a case management system. However this is not essential as full training will be given.

Full Time Residential Conveyancer - Darlington

The ideal candidate will have experience of dealing with all aspects of a busy residential conveyancing caseload and will be able to work with minimum supervision.

The successful candidates will have good IT skills, excellent organisational skills, and show initiative whilst being able to work to tight deadlines.  Ideally you will have the ability to utilise a case management system however full training will be given.
