We are currently seeking to appoint to the following positions: 
 

Corporate and Commercial Fee Earner

BHP is a long established  law firm looking to expand in corporate and commercial work.  There is a fantastic opportunity to join our corporate and commercial team at our Darlington office, with future development in our other key areas of Newcastle, Durham and Teeside.

We are seeking to appoint a 3-5 PQE solicitor or fee earner with equivalent experience. A following is desirable, but not essential.  The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills, be comfortable meeting clients and professionals of all levels and be a real team player.

The team currently deals with a range of work across differing sectors, dealing with transactions, commercial agreements, joint ventures, finance, IP & IT and various business related matters.  The firm also deals with a number of franchise matters as the Partner of the team is BFA Affiliated.

Part Time Administration Assistant

This position is required to provide Administrative support to our Property Management Team based at our Tynemouth office. In order to meet and exceed our clients’ expectations, duties will include; dealing proactively, effectively and pleasantly with clients typing, orderly maintenance of files, assisting with property viewings and property inspections, diary management and general administration. 

As the successful candidate experience of Administration support is desirable but not essential. You will have the ability to communicate in a clear, concise and pleasant manner when dealing with clients, visitors and staff both personally and on the telephone.  You must hold a full driving licence and have access to a motor vehicle.  You will demonstrate good IT skills and have the ability to use a database for which full training will be given.
